Andrea Keri joined WSR Law in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was a
solicitor with national law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
She was appointed a partner of WSR Law in 2010.
Andrea has an in depth knowledge of commercial property markets in Western Australia and
provides clients with specialist advice and assistance in commercial property matters.
Andrea’s areas of expertise include:
- Sales and acquisitions of shopping centres, office buildings and development sites.
- All aspects of commercial leasing including office, industrial and retail leasing.
- Large scale due diligence.
- Subdivisions and developments.
In addition to her law practice, Andrea was the joint unit coordinator of the Commercial Practice
unit at the University of Western Australia between 2009 and 2012. In this role Andrea shared her
knowledge and experience with budding lawyers of the future.
