What We Do
WSR Law principally acts for clients in high level commercial and property transactions.
We also provide advice to assist clients in disputed or contentious matters and have a strong network of
legal contacts to which we can refer our clients when they require legal services beyond our practice areas.
We represent private clients in trusts, estate and succession matters. We also advise and represent our
clients on matters involving land subdivisions and developments and large scale commercial and industrial
property transactions.
This includes commercial and retail leasing and the sale and acquisition of office buildings and shopping centres.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a personal style of service. We achieve this by working closely
with clients, developing ongoing relationships and providing timely advice.
The Partners of the firm have been recognised for this approach in a number of publications, most recently in
Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession which named Alex Salvaris and Andrea Keri as two of WA’s leading
property lawyers.
